The location along the waterfront is a game changer, providing stunning views and easy access to the old town and local attractions. The hotel features an on-site brewery, where you can enjoy a great atmosphere and interesting beer selections—a delightful way to wind down during your stay.
The air conditioning in our Premium Double Room didn't quite meet expectations, as it couldn't switch to cooling in October, resulting in some uncomfortable warmth at night. Additionally, the absence of basic staples like tissues in the room and a poorly stocked drink tray was surprising. The breakfast selection could definitely use more variety, with limited pastries and hot options—something you'd generally expect at a place with a five-star rating. Moreover, without dressers, organizing luggage was awkward, leading to some tripping hazards.

The charming blend of historical elegance and modern design truly captivated me. The accessible layout made moving around the hotel easy, and I was particularly fond of the stylish lobby, which was bright and inviting.
More seating options in common areas would be appreciated.

An Amazing Experience in Gdańsk!
We felt so welcomed by the staff! Enjoyed fresh pastries and local cheeses at breakfast. The spa facilities were perfectly maintained. We also loved exploring the Old Town, just a short stroll away. For anyone visiting, definitely check out the local microbrewery nearby!

Location near Old Town is perfect. Breakfast selection is fantastic. The bar closes early, which is frustrating for guests wanting to relax with a drink. Live music added a fun vibe.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely boutique hotel! The room was spacious, and the kids loved the buffet breakfast every morning. The charming view of the Crane and the nearby Motława riverbank made our family time truly memorable.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

Had a lovely stay where we enjoyed relaxing massages and spent time in the sauna, really helped us unwind. The only issue was that the bath was a bit deep to climb into, which could be tricky for some folks. Definitely recommend checking out the food while you're there. it's really tasty! 😊

A beautiful old building with modern touches provides a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options. The room was luxurious, featuring a large, comfortable bed. However, the air conditioning was noisy, making sleep difficult. Additionally, the bar service closed too early, limiting evening options for guests.

The views from the riverbank were stunning. Just a heads-up, breakfast and parking aren't included in the rate, so plan ahead. Otherwise, great stay! Highly recommend staying here for a unique experience!
We faced an issue with a missing item. the staff's response could have been better, and it did dampen our overall experience.

Great location near the marina and Old Town. The Premium Double Room had a fantastic view, comfortable bed, and nice amenities. However, the room was small, and a lack of storage options made it difficult to keep things organized. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, but it wasn't included in the room rate, so that was a surprise. The staff was mostly friendly, but I encountered some inconsistency in their responses, particularly during check-in. they seemed unaware of some room features. The heating could've been better. we felt a bit cold at night. Overall, delightful stay but could use better room management and heating adjustments.

wonderful views and easy access to gdansk's finest attractions
I really loved that the room offered beautiful views of the river, and the helpful reception staff made navigating the city a breeze, allowing me to explore landmarks like St John's Church and the Polish Baltic Frederic Chopin Philharmonic with just a short stroll. this hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the local sights, although breakfast isn't included, so be prepared for that extra cost.
